About Us
Who We Are
Established in 1986, Mira Road Cha Morya holds the proud distinction of being the first Ganeshotsav Mandal in Mira Road. Officially registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950 (Reg. No. F-10248), we have spent nearly four decades bringing communities together through devotion, culture, and celebration.
Our Journey
We have grown into a landmark organization of Mira Road. Year after year, we have raised the bar by making Ganeshotsav grander, more inclusive, and more meaningful for every devotee who walks through our celebrations.
More Than a Festival
Ganeshotsav is at our heart, but our work doesn't stop there. Our team of dedicated volunteers and Morya Sevaks stays active throughout the year, organising a wide range of socio-cultural activities that strengthen the community beyond the 11 days of celebration.
Celebrating Sustainably
Since 2022, we have taken a meaningful step towards a greener future by installing eco-friendly Ganesh idol made from Paper Mache and going with Zero-Waste Cloth based decoration. This initiative reflects our commitment to celebrate festivities while protecting the environment for generations to come. Our efforts have earned us recognition across the region.
