Miraroadcha Morya is the most famous Sarvajanik Ganapati of Sector-2, Shantinagar hosted by Shantinagar Sarvajanik Ganesh Utsav Mandal.  Miraroadcha Morya is “Manacha Pehla Ganapati” (1st Respected Ganapati in Miraroad). The idol is kept for public display for 11 days; thereafter it is immersed on the auspicious day of Anant Chaturdashi.

Mr. Arvind Shinde, ex-president of the mandal started the mandal back in 1986 and since then it has been celebrating the festival with lot of joy and happiness. This is accomplished with great efforts put in by each and every member of the mandal.

With the blessing of our beloved Morya, the mandal has been involved in serving the community and have organized social service camps involving various services benefitting the community like Blood Donation Camp, Eye Checkup Camp, etc… The mandal has always stood by in helping the communities during the hour of need.

The mandal has been appreciated for its work and have been awarded by well-known organizations.
